Dr. Gero is a evil, crazy scientist who turned himself into an android to get revenge on the person who destroyed the entire
Red Ribbon Army , Goku. He designed 4 androids to destroy Goku and take over the Earth.

He designed #19 to be a partner for him during his attack.

He built himself into an android, #20, to live forever and also to destroy Goku

He designed #17 and #18 to be graceful yet deadly backups

He designed #16 to be a perfect android and assasain of Goku.

As an android Dr. Gero can battle against Goku and his terrorizing defenceless towns. He also has the ability to
suck the power out of energy attacks and people through his palms. He does not have much
History
He was first seen (besides the in Dragonall) walking into a town to terrorize it then the Z warriors find him and #19. He sends out #19 to fight Goku.
At first #19 gets beat up and then because of the heart virus he starts beatting him. When Goku is almost dead Vegeta steps in
and first pulls #19's arms out and then destroys him. Then #20 hides from Vegeta then when he is found Piccolo
cuts his arm off. When Dr. Gero reilizes he cant win he activates #17 and #18. They rebel and destroy Dr. Gero. He sends out a last command for Cell
